Wahhh wahhh wahh Todd was in a bad mood this morning! Nothing like waking up late twice in one week...first week of the year.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with a little splenda. Green tea.

Lunch: Small side salad with curry chicken salad (water chestnuts, scallion, golden raisin) and three bean salad (chickpeas, black beans, red beans, celery herbs)

Snack: Orange.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with 1.5 splendas. Coffee with powda and splenda.

Lunch: Roasted chicken sandwich on 12 grain bread with jarlsberg light and light mayo with siracha.

Snack: Blackberries and blueberries.

Dinner: Salmon with dijon mustard and feta. Simple salad with carrots and cucumber. Balsamic sauteed mushrooms.
Hated the salmon, too fishy.

Maybe a sugar free jello!

Shutting It Down

Breakfast: Blueberry yogurt with blueberries and blackberries. Coffee with creamer powder (not gross I swear) and 1.5 splendas

Lunch: Roasted chicken sandwich on 12 grain bread, jarlsberg light and light mayo

Snack: Blood orange

Dinner: 1/2 Roasted Chicken with garlic, rosemary and sage. Zucchini tagliatelle (shaved with olive oil and toasted almonds). 1 Glass red vino. Peppermint tea. Champagne cocktail.




1/4 - Meals

Breakfast - Made some steel cut oats in the crock pot last night.  First time doing so, can see some adjustments to make.  Put 1 part oats to 3 parts water w/ honey, vanilla and cinnamon.  Really good and healthy.  Also, drank some more Metamucil.

Morning Snack - Blood orange

Lunch - Turkey Sandwich on 12 Grain Bread w/ Jarlsberg Light, Light Mayo & Spring Mix

Afternoon Snack - Kiwi (and 4 or so bites of brown rice)

Dinner tonight - Salmon.. not sure how to cook it just yet...

This is going to be the most difficult part... with the girlfriend's brother and sister-in-law in town, going out to dinner...

Went to the incredible restaurant Supper in the East Village.
