Shutting It Down

Breakfast: Blueberry yogurt with blueberries and blackberries. Coffee with creamer powder (not gross I swear) and 1.5 splendas

Lunch: Roasted chicken sandwich on 12 grain bread, jarlsberg light and light mayo

Snack: Blood orange

Dinner: 1/2 Roasted Chicken with garlic, rosemary and sage. Zucchini tagliatelle (shaved with olive oil and toasted almonds). 1 Glass red vino. Peppermint tea. Champagne cocktail.
