Breakfast: Oatmeal with 1.5 splendas. Coffee with powda and splenda.

Lunch: Roasted chicken sandwich on 12 grain bread with jarlsberg light and light mayo with siracha.

Snack: Blackberries and blueberries.

Dinner: Salmon with dijon mustard and feta. Simple salad with carrots and cucumber. Balsamic sauteed mushrooms.
Hated the salmon, too fishy.

Maybe a sugar free jello!
